Meditation helps gain clarity and focus the mind. The rich philosophical framework of yoga can also be incorporated into our daily lives. These tools can be used individually or in tandem as sources of self-care, healing, and personal evolution.
Ayurveda
Ayurveda, translated as the “science of life”, is the sister science of yoga and stems from an ancient health care system from India. Ayurveda offers a framework for understanding our unique mind/body constitution as well as gentle and logical dietary and lifestyle practices to maintain balance and promote radiant health and well-being
